Solo - The case of the young warriors fight with village youth started in March and tried in District Court of Surakarta. The accused carries a penalty of 15 years in prison for murder.

First trial with the defendant, Abdul Saifullah alias Saiful ( he is a member of FPI ), attended by hundreds of mass. Including the Chairman FPI Solo, Khoirul Suparjo. The case occurred when a mob came to the village Kusumodilagan, with reason to raid disobedience. Described in the indictment, after meeting with Heru aka Kipli, directly attacked the combined mass.

Events occur at the crossroads village Kusumodilagan, Solo. Heru eventually died from injuries sustained. Also Saiful with Agus defendant who is still at large, was also charged with the persecution of Muhammad Tri Joko Wahid until seriously wounded.

In the first indictment, Saiful considered in violation of Article 170 Article 338 subsidiary and more subsidiary of Article 351 of the Penal Code. As for the second indictment charged subsidiary violated Article 170 of the Penal Code Article 135. The trial will resume next week Tuesday to hear the defendant's demurrer from his lawyer.

The trial with six other defendants are still in progress. Sixth is Suparno, Hardiyanto, Paundra, Joko Samiono, Hendro and Heru Wibowo Suparno. They were charged with jointly violence against Heru Yulianto to death.

Mass of supporters of the defendants remained huddled filled the courtroom and outside the courtroom. They have continued to be in the courtroom, listening to the charges from outside the building or just gathered in the courtyard PN

Finally judge decison from jugde, Abdul Saifullah alias Saiful at fault position and he get punnished in jail during 5 years.

Otonimi daereah Penyebab rusaknya Moral

Tokoh-tokoh Islam yang pernah bersuara nyaring pada awalnya dalam hal bergulirnya otonomi daerah, kini perlu bertanggung jawab. Tampaknya dengan menghindari kekuatan sentral semacam Soeharto, di masa lalu, disuarakan lah otonomi daerah. Kenyataannya, setelah terlaksana, banyak tingkah pemda (pemerintah daerah) yang sangat menghamburkan dana, bahkan dalam rangka memberangus aqidah Ummat Islam. Ada yang membuat patung paling besar di Bali sesuai kehinduannya, sedangkan di Denpasar Ummat islam sekitar 30-an persen dari jumlah penduduk sama sekali tidak dibolehkan memiliki kuburan Muslim.
